Getting started
To get started, deploy the ITSM platform using Docker Compose or Kubernetes Helm charts, then authenticate via JWT to access the REST API. The platform provides 500+ endpoints across ticket management, AI triage, workflow automation, and 12 enterprise connectors. All endpoints are multi-tenant isolated and require a valid Bearer token.
